Straight up sweaty HIIT workout. Complete each exercise 3 times before moving on and finish with a 10 min AMRAP burnout!

You need light weights or no equipment. This workout is fun and challenging!!

This workout was tough! We do 5 circuits of 3 exercises 45, 40, 35 seconds on w/ 15 seconds of rest. Lots of fun and challenging movements.
You will need medium to heavy DB's for this workout! 40/40 supersets with 20 seconds of rest x4 timing. Arms will feel like noodles!
