    Day #13 Total Body HIIT

    Whew! You will LOVE this #SWEATY no equipment workout! We do mini circuits of 3 exercises 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 3x rounds. After each mini circuit we do 2 minutes of core. We end with a 3 minute spicy cardio finisher and you will be toast!
